About VPNGain
A VPN subscription for everyday cross-border access. We explain what the service offers and where its limits are.
Cross-border access and device support
VPNGain provides international routes for users who need to access international websites, use AI tools and stream content. Coverage includes 110+ countries and 240+ routes. Compatible with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with no device limit. Devices on the same subscription share its data allowance. Activate with a username and password; no email required.
Choosing Routes and Troubleshooting
Choose a route based on the service you want to use, your network and actual performance—not geographic distance or route names, which don’t guarantee speed. Start with the route list, then test the app you need. Performance may vary during peak hours or after switching networks, and streaming platforms may change their regional policies.
If something isn’t working, first check your subscription status, client settings and system network, then follow the troubleshooting guide step by step. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through the dashboard with your device platform, when the issue occurred and any error message. Before sharing screenshots, hide your account credentials and subscription details.
Privacy principles and subscription terms
VPNGain follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account and service operations follow a data-minimization approach. See the Privacy Policy for details on how data is used and handled. Quantum encryption helps protect connections, but it does not replace device security, account protection or the privacy settings of the websites you visit.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire. The service offers a 7-day refund policy. See the plans for pricing and the Terms of Service for refund rules.
